The 3 most commonly asked questions

I have been in the industry for a while now and it’s amazing how there are the same type of questions that I am still getting asked.  They are all about 3 things,

1 Where can I get a good compliance person?

2 How much evidence is enough? and

3 How can you comply without it costing a fortune?

Now that I have created the Prickly2sweet system I can show people the answers to these questions, but wouldn’t you know it I now have 3 new questions that are the top of the list and they are about the system.

Let me answer the first 3

1 Where can I get a good compliance person?

The Prickly2sweet system was designed to help the whole RTO, just like a really good compliance person.  The system provides data of reviews for assessment and now reviews of staff competency and currency.  It is built with my years of experience poured into it.  The system is designed to read the content it is provided and identify how it meets the unit of competency.  Easy to read reports are available including rectification tables.  Which leads me to the next question.

2 How much evidence is enough?

Not knowing how much evidence or how much assessment is a very common situation, and of course it is so specific to the assessment or RTO that one answer is usually not going to cut it.  This was until the prickly2sweet system, where all the specifics of the evidence and content uploaded is analysed to tell the user.  In either assessment tools or HR evidence of a trainer and assessor like a CV, PD register, identified competency already held.  Graphs and Matrix of evidence are provided to the user using AI and the user can SEE where the gaps are to identify not enough or too much is being used.  All of this leads to the last question…….

3 How can you comply without it costing a fortune?

The reason compliance processes cost the RTO in both time and money is because they are using old, manual and inefficient processes.  Innovation is here to reduce the cost burden and provide efficiency benefits in time, money and stress.  The Prickly2sweet system with its QUOLL feature is designed to review content in seconds, provide data that is easy to use and provides the opportunity to see improvement areas.  This all increases the efficiency of the staff you have and reduces the compliance complexity.

Now for the new questions, the 3 most asked questions about the Prickly2sweet system.  Here they are:

1 How does it work?

2 Does it just pick up the key words?

3 Is it going to take my job?

The Answers are:

1 – As an entrepreneur I am not going to give all my secrets away, business suicide right there! I can and do say to people, it reads the content quicker and more accurately than a human and applies the principles of assessment and rules of evidence, fundamentals against the dimensions of competency and links with foundation skills.  It has all my experience in mapping assessment built in.  It also has 3 significant differences, and main reasons, it is BETTER than a person.  These are not what it does but it is what it doesn’t do.  It doesn’t add opinion, bias, or assumption to the review.  These are the real reason why manual process don’t work.

2 Does it just pick up the key words?

I love this question because it usually comes from a person who hasn’t seen it in action, or from a base of fear.  The answer to this is NO.  When a human reads a piece of text, the process of reading it not just reading the words but looking for familiar words (key words) and context to apply understanding (links with the unit).  The system does this too however far quicker than a person and with more alternatives that are built in.  It is consistent, where as humans and their knowledge are not.  Faster means more economical, and using AI you can do more with the data it creates rather than a human identifying to outcomes, with it is compliant or it isn’t.

3 Is it going to take my job?

Again, a question based in fear.  It your job is to cost or charge a fortune to review assessments, take forever to get the results back or provide reports that take forever or are so lacking in data then the answer is yes probably.  However, if you are a compliance person in an RTO that has a heap of work to do and there aren’t enough hours in the day to review all your assessments for all your units in your scope as well as do everything else then this is a gift and an answer to your prayers! It replaces outdate, ineffective and inaccurate processes of assessment mapping, validation and staff matrix, YES it does.

So, the question I have for you, dear reader, is – when will I see you on the demo and in the system shaming your assessment reviews like a pro?
