- The EDCV refund and returns policy is - Once there has been an attempt and view of the course content it is considered to have no refund.
- Transactions can be cancelled through email request and judged on an individual basis.

Delivery instructions and time frames - Once payment has been received then the course is available for delivery/ view and attempt.
Each log in will have 1 month to complete the course before termination of login is activated.
